January 2007 - You will notice when you access our database that the properties are somewhat out-of-date. This is because we can't find suitable and correctly priced properties fast enough. The properties we do find are sold very quickly and much of the property on the Romanian market is well overpriced. However the properties on the web site are a good representation of the rural Romanian property market and can be used as a guide. We do plan to start updating the database with fresh property again in the first quarter of 2007 but currently our focus is on more lucrative areas of our core investment business.
