Homes in Romania is a British company with British management which is based in Romania and the UK. It operates through a Bucharest-based estate agency and deals with property and land sales in Romania to clients world-wide.

The Directors
Edward Russell set up Homes in Romania in 2002, attracted by the emerging opportunities presented by the Eastern bloc. He rapidly found himself becoming the market-maker for a number of very lucrative property and land deals in Romania. Recognising the potential and the quality of life in Romania he formed a successful internet business, selling Romanian property abroad.

Dr Simon Pearce-Hughes joined Homes in Romania in 2005. Simon’s initial interest in Romania was spurred by charity work that brought him into contact with members of the then incumbent government. Whilst trying to establish a business for himself over in Romania, Simon came into contact with Edward and together they now form Homes in Romania (UK) Ltd.

With their complimentary skills set and a reliable work force in the UK and Romania behind them, Homes in Romania continues to be a success.

Recently Edward and Simon launched the first Romanian Eagle Land Fund.
